Series Co-Editor Dr. Dionne Rosser-Mims moderates the session and the Q&A, and chapter author Noshene Ranjbar, MD drops in to share her perspective.

Dr. Randal Joy Thompson, PhD, is a Scholar-Practitioner with 40 years of professional experience in international development, serving in countries around the world, and is a Fellow with the Institute for Social Innovation, Fielding Graduate University.

Lazarina N. Topuzova

Dr. Lazarina N. Topuzova, PhD, brings over 15 years of experience in the fields of organizational research and intercultural communication. She is currently  a Professor in the Department of Communication and Organizational Leadership at Robert Morris University, USA.

Chrys Egan

Dr. Chrys Egan (Moderator) is the Associate Dean of the Fulton School of Liberal Arts and a Professor of Communication at Salisbury University.  She is one of the series editors for Transformative Women Leaders.

Dionner Rosser-Mims

Dr. Dionne Rosser-Mims (Moderator) is Campus Vice Chancellor at Troy University, Phenix City. She is one of the series editors for Transformative Women Leaders.
