Our Consulting Process

Our consulting approach is grounded in the International Leadership Association's evidence-based framework for leadership program excellence

Phase 1.   Document Review & Stakeholder Mapping

Comprehensive analysis of institutional materials, goals and desired outcomes, and identification of key stakeholders across campus divisions. (Virtual Call)

Phase 2.   Enhanced Situational Analysis

Extended virtual consultation (2+ hours) to assess and understand current status, institutional context, scope, and outcomes.

Phase 3.   Comprehensive Site Engagement

Multi-day (1-1.5 day) campus visit to include stakeholder interviews, program observation, and collaborative analysis using ILA General Principles with designated faculty, staff, students, and senior leadership across divisions.

Phase 4.   Strategic Report & Roadmap

Comprehensive 5-8 page assessment with recommendations and implementation guidance.

Phase 5.   Additional, Optional Services: Strategic Implementation Support

Multi-session follow-up consultations, and strategic guidance for up to 12 months (additional fee to be negotiated).
