This webinar will share an overview of the open access Leadership Instruments Library (LIL) project and engage participants in a conversation about the resource and how it could be revised to maximize its benefit to the scholarly community in leadership studies.

The LIL is a compendium of over 130 survey instruments used to assess an array of leadership and associated constructs, providing leadership studies scholars and practitioners easy access to a range of tools for researching and assessing leadership.

The webinar will briefly introduce the LIL and then gather feedback from participants regarding how the LIL can and should be revised in terms of both content and format. Results from the session will be a heightened awareness of this resource and a list of recommendations to increase the efficacy and usefulness of the LIL for leadership scholars.
