With a focus on Servant Leadership, Dr. Eva helps us unpack the essence of a leadership style that prioritizes the growth and development of its fold.

Dive into the abundant benefits and far-reaching impacts of Servant Leadership. From its effects on employees’ morale to the ripple effect it has on communities, Dr. Eva provides a comprehensive overview. We also touch on the challenges of quantifying the impact of this leadership style and compare it with transformational, authentic, and ethical leadership. The conversation shifts to the legacy of Robert Greenleaf and how the Greenleaf Center is continuing his work, fostering the next generation of scholars and researchers.

We then explore timeless wisdom, as we delve into Indigenous leadership knowledge that has existed for thousands of years. Listen as we discuss how modernizing this knowledge with formal certificates can bring fresh voices to the field and elevate Indigenous leaders.
