In this webinar, co-hosted by ILA’s Philosophy, Religion, and Worldviews member community and its emergent Coaching member community, attendees will get an overview of Inquiring leadership along with an understanding of the importance of mindsets in leadership. They will also be introduced to the Choice Map, a practical model that illustrates how to embody the most effective mindset for leaders as well as the kinds of questions they ask that foster relationship and communication, productivity, and results.

The term Inquiring Leader refers to leaders (formal and informal) at any level who are curious, self-aware, solution-oriented, and value asking questions of themselves and others as a core leadership skill. The model and concept of Inquiring Leadership is meant to complement, enrich, and operationalize effective leadership thinking, communication, behavior, and ways of being and relating. It includes practices that lead to empowering desired individual, team and organizational culture and results. In general, Inquiring Leaders exemplify the thinking, communication, and collaboration skills associated with important leadership approaches such as authentic, strategic, servant, appreciative, mindful, transformational, and “level 5” leadership.

This session will be practical, informative, and experiential.
