About the Book
Leadership Analytics: Hacia un liderazgo consciente presents a practice-based methodology for making leadership more visible, measurable, and governable in organizations. The book challenges the common assumption that leadership is primarily a matter of style, charisma, or individual development, and argues instead that leadership should be treated as a strategic organizational system.
Drawing on executive coaching, organizational consulting, and work with CEOs and senior teams, the book introduces a framework to help leaders identify the kind of leadership their strategy requires, assess the quality and consistency of leadership across the organization, and connect leadership development with execution, culture, and sustainable value creation.
Although currently published in Spanish, the book’s core proposition is highly relevant to an international leadership audience: organizations cannot govern what they do not make visible, and leadership without evidence too often remains a matter of opinion. The Book Buzz session would open a conversation on how Leadership Analytics can contribute to more conscious, rigorous, and accountable leadership.
