Why do organizations invest billions in leadership development yet still struggle with toxic cultures and ineffective leaders? Join us for a 30-minute conversation with the authors of Essentials of Followership: Rethinking the Leadership Paradigm with Purpose as they pull back the curtain on why they wrote this groundbreaking book—now in its 2nd edition—and why it matters now more than ever.

In this behind-the-pages discussion, discover what sparked their mission to move beyond traditional thinking about leaders and followers and reimagine these roles as the foundation for building thriving communities of purpose.

The authors will share the insights that drove them to reframe leaders and followers as relationship-based roles rather than organizational ranks—and how this shift catalyzes stronger, healthier organizations.
