Indigenous and First Peoples Leadership

The Indigenous and First Peoples Leadership Member Community seeks to create a dedicated space within the ILA for Indigenous and First Peoples leaders, scholars, practitioners, and allies to connect, collaborate, and elevate Indigenous and First Peoples leadership perspectives globally. Our vision is to honor and amplify Indigenous and First Peoples leadership traditions, knowledge systems, and lived experiences, while fostering inclusive dialogue and mutual learning across cultures and disciplines.

Building Bridges to Inclusive Leadership Through the Lens of Cultural Narratives

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this webinar has been cancelled. It may be rescheduled at a later date. Panelists will challenge Western-centric leadership models by exploring how diverse cultural backgrounds, social identities, and lived experiences shape leadership styles and effectiveness globally. In particular, they will share perspectives from non-Western, Indigenous, and female viewpoints that have been historically overlooked in mainstream leadership discourse.
