Followership Watercooler
The first Followership Member Community Watercooler of the year is coming up, and it is designed to be interactive, creative, and forward-looking! Come and join in!
We will begin with a brief preview of emerging plans for the year ahead within the Followership Community. From there, most of our time will be devoted to collaborative brainstorming around ILA conference proposal ideas within the followership stream, with proposals due January 31. We will also use short breakout sessions to network, refine ideas, and explore potential collaborations. Whether you are developing a proposal, looking to join a conversation already in motion, or simply curious about where followership scholarship and practice are headed, this session is for you. All are welcome, and we would be glad to have you join us!
