Danica Purg
Professor Danica Purg is the Founder and Dean of IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia, and President of CEEMAN, which brings together 200 management schools from 50 countries. As professor of Leadership at IEDC, her innovative approach draws inspiration from the arts and other professions. She authored and co-authored several books and numerous articles on leadership issues, and is a frequent guest speaker at universities around the world and at international conferences. Professor Purg has received numerous awards for her work in international management education, she has earned two honorary professorships and several titles of Doctor Honoris Causa, most recently from the University of Wollongong, Australia. Danica is the chair of ILA’s 2025 Global Conference in Prague. 
DavidDay
David V. Day holds appointments as Professor of Psychological Science and Academic Director of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College. He also is the Steven L. Eggert Professor of Leadership and a George R. Roberts Research Fellow at the College. Day is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, Association for Psychological Science, International Association of Applied Psychology, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and book chapters, many pertaining to the core topics of leadership and leadership development. He is the author of Developing Leaders and Leadership: Principles, Practices, and Processes (Palgrave Macmillan / Springer Nature). In 2010, Day received the Walter F. Ulmer Research Award from the Center for Creative Leadership for outstanding, career-long contributions to applied leadership research and in 2024 he received the ILA Lifetime Achievement Award.
