Catharyn Baird

Catharyn Baird is the CEO and Founder of EthicsGame, LLC, a company dedicated to making ethics practical and accessible for all learners. Using a developmental approach in conjunction with The Four Ethical Lenses™ and The Baird Decision Model™, EthicsGame has transformed ethics education to cultivate ethical awareness, diversity and maturity. The EthicsGame products are based on Baird’s pioneering work in business ethics conducted during her 23 years as a Professor Emerita of Business at Regis University, Denver, Colorado.

Baird received her BA in English and MA in Humanities from Pacific Lutheran University and completed her Juris Doctorate at the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) School of Law. A practicing attorney for ten years, she joined the faculty at Regis University in 1985. At Regis, she held a variety of administrative positions and was the first woman to receive the title of full professor in the Division of Business. In 2000 she was named Regis University Faculty Lecturer of the Year. From 1987-1995 she also was in-house counsel for the Colorado Secretary of State, specializing in election law and the primary writer for the revised Colorado Election Code.
