Against the backdrop of this year’s campus protests we must ask, “How can universities redesign themselves to empower students to reach their leadership potential in service of society?”

Members of ILA’s Committee for the Advancement of Leadership Programs (CALP) talk with Dr. Minu Ipe, Director of the University Design Institute at Arizona State University. Ipe shares her leadership journey in helping higher education systems in 23 countries to reimagine and redesign their leadership programs through purpose-driven innovation.

Dr. Ipe will be joined by committee members Drs. Jay Gary, Trisha Gott, Antonio Jimenez Luque, and Oliver Seale.

ILA’s Leadership Journeys webinars, hosted by CALP, features notable leadership architects from various sectors, sharing how they have met the leadership challenges before them and the ways in which ILA’s General Principles for Leadership Programs intersects with their work.
