One Month Until CFP Closes!
Dear friends and colleagues,
As the president-elect of the ILA Women and Leadership member community, I am delighted to invite you to our 6th Women and Leadership Conference, Reflection and Rejuvenation: Inspiring Women Leaders, to be held in the wonderfully historic city of Portsmouth in the UK, June 15-17, 2022. This conference truly reflects my professional and academic journey. I studied at the University of Portsmouth and made the city my home, and I have benefited from being part of our fantastic Women and Leadership member community. I very much hope you will be able to join us.
The Women and Leadership conference committee invites you to spend some time exploring our theme and streams for the conference. We want to support your development and the development of others to provide an opportunity for reflection in leadership practice. Whilst we have provided a list of possibilities, please do remember we are an inclusive community and welcome submissions that fit broadly within our streams. Whether you are at the early, mid, or later stage of your career, we welcome both scholarly and professional practice submissions. We encourage submissions that start and continue leadership conversations to support women’s leadership and promote diversity, equality, and inclusion for all.
The deadline for submissions is January 7th, 2022.

VOLUNTEER TO PEER REVIEW SUBMISSIONS
Deadline to Volunteer: 10 January 2022.
The ILA and the 2022 Women and Leadership Conference Program Team seek proposal reviewers from a wide range of leadership backgrounds. Peer reviewers are invaluable in providing feedback on proposals that will inform the final selection of content for the conference.
