Program Mission:
The program is designed primarily to train individuals who wish to become researchers and faculty members at universities where scholarship is critical, therefore the program is designed around developing research competence. Students will develop the necessary expertise in research methods and statistics to enable them to investigate and understand organizational activities at multiple levels of analysis and to make substantial contributions to the developing body of knowledge.
