Program Mission:
The MS in Leadership and Organizations with a concentration in Organizational Development provides you with the crucial knowledge needed to lead an organizational development (OD) intervention. You will gain insight to the history, challenges, and successes of organizational development and its role in creating a productive culture in a variety of organizational sizes, sectors, and types.
