Payment & Processing
Payment is processed securely at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards. All fees are charged in USD. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment processing.
Membership Terms
- Membership benefits begin upon payment confirmation and run for 12 months from purchase date.
- Membership dues are non-refundable.
- Members receive access to ILA resources, publications, member rates for events, and other benefits as outlined on our website.
Event Registration
- Event registration includes access to all keynotes and concurrent sessions, materials, and networking opportunities as specified in the event description.
- For virtual events: Access credentials will be provided prior to the event start date
- For in-person events: Registration includes entry to all keynotes and concurrent conference sessions. Additional fees may apply for ticketed events such as meals and pre-conference sessions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Membership dues: Non-refundable.
- Event registrations: Refundable if requested more than 100 days prior to event date, subject to $200 processing fee. Refundable up to 50% if requested within 45-100 days prior to event.
- No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of event date.
Force Majeure In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond ILA’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), ILA may offer credit toward a future ILA event at its discretion.
Privacy & Data Personal and payment information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card information.
Limitation of Liability ILA’s liability is limited to the amount paid for registration. We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodations, or other expenses related to event attendance.
Governing Terms These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland, USA. By completing an ILA form, you agree to these terms and conditions.
