Description

Leaders are not immune to the forces at work in our current age of volatility and disruption. Many describe a state of exhaustion so complete they wonder if recovery is possible. We all desire connection, rootedness, and spaces filled with imagination and wonder―yet the weight of our collective challenges can leave us in a constant state of “survival mode.” This book is an invitation for leaders who desire to live, work, and play authentically to reimagine their leadership practices with creativity, connection, and care. Drawing on philosophy, the humanities, the arts, and ecology, leaders will discover strategies through reflection and practical exercises to renew their inner sense of possibility and purpose. Leadership development practitioners will find the theoretical depth and real-world applicability of these chapters invaluable for their work.
