Amanda Martin

Amanda Martin, CEO of the Centre for Executive Development Impact

Amanda Martin has also transitioned in and out of consulting across her career many times. At the Centre for Executive Development Impact she develops global leaders and positive leadership cultures, helping leaders positively respond to very complex and difficult situations. Amanda has mentored many consultants on the transition into consulting, keeping their “mojo” as a consultant, and providing unique insights into what is required for consulting success based on her experience working with more than 400 consultants delivering 12,500 programs to corporate leaders. As a researcher, she is exploring the leadership development consulting industry and is a PhD Candidate with Swinburne University in Australia. As a consultant-researcher, Amanda has measured the impact of 415 leadership development programs which has helped her identify the most important identify qualities for leadership development consulting. Amanda is Chair-Elect for the Leadership Development member community of the International Leadership Association and with her colleague Scott Arbuthnot, she is co-founder of the LeadershipDesign Collective which provides a free online space for leadership development professionals to talk, share, and learn. www.leadershiponline.com.

Maureen Metcalf

Maureen Metcalf, CEO/Founder, Innovative Leadership Institute

Maureen Metcalf’s experience as a consultant helps leaders elevate their leadership quality and transform their organizations to create sustainable impact and results. She captured her 30 years of experience and success in an award-winning series of books used by public, private, and academic organizations to align company-wide strategy, systems, and culture with innovative leadership techniques.  Maureen is an ILA Fellow and serves on the Advisory Board at the School of Strategic Leadership at James Madison University. She is the host of Voice America focusing on innovative leadership and the author of an award-winning book series on Innovative Leadership, including the Innovative Leaders Guide to Transforming Organizations, winner of a 2014 International Book Award and the most recent book Innovative Leadership for Health Care 2021. Maureen has been recognized for her contributions to leadership, innovation, and technology by being named Business First BizTech Executive of the Year 2019, ComSpark Power Player 2018, 2019, and 2020 and Ten Influential Business Leaders to Watch 2020.

Kerissa Kuis

Kerissa Kuis, MBA, CEO/Executive Leadership Trainer, BRAVE Leadership School; President & Founder, University of Wellness

Kerissa Kuis, MBA, an executive leadership trainer holds an international leadership coaching certification from the International Coaching Institute. She is also certified to administer and consult leaders and companies in Emotional Intelligence and can administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessment. Her programs are offered at various locations throughout the United States and also online. While a very experienced consultant, Kerissa has been transitioning into leadership development specialty over the past 3 years. She works with clients all over the world in all areas of their lives. She has also created an accredited wellness coaching, personal training, and yoga certification for her company, The University of Wellness. Most recently, she helped develop a $55 million-dollar business plan for the Mylan Park Aquatics Center in Morgantown, West Virginia that opened November 1, 2019.

Otto Henfling

Otto Henfling, CEO, Growing Potential Ltd & Chair, CatholicCare Social Services Tasmania

As a non-profit CEO, Otto Henfling works in a complex environment and often hires leadership development consultants to work with him. He is a firm believer that leadership development needs to be tailored to the needs of each individual and that a one-size-fits-all approach does not work well. For that reason, he works with many different consultants depending on the needs of the person and organization. Otto is also a PhD candidate at the University of New England (Australia) and a member of the Leadership Development Community Executive Committee of the ILA.
