Transdisciplinary leadership is increasingly vital in addressing today’s complex, interconnected challenges. Yet, practitioners and scholars often struggle to weave together diverse knowledge systems, methodologies, and stakeholder voices at speed and scale. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a new frontier: not as a replacement for human judgment, but as an amplifier of integrative capacity.

This webinar explores how AI can “supercharge” transdisciplinary work by enhancing our ability to differentiate and integrate across paradigms, connect scattered domains, and surface hidden leverage points in adaptive systems. Drawing from leadership, adult development, and complexity scholarship, the session demonstrates how AI tools—from large language models—can expand the repertoire of inquiry, and support diverse epistemologies. Participants will leave with practical frameworks and examples for harnessing AI in research, coaching, and organizational change while remaining attentive to ethical and epistemic limits.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Explain how AI can expand the scope and speed of transdisciplinary integration.
  • Identify at least three use cases of AI in leadership scholarship and practice.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to support differentiation, integration, and innovation across knowledge domains.
  • Recognize ethical considerations and human capacities required to balance AI’s amplifying role.
