How can leaders create greater impact for innovation in a rapidly changing world? And what can they do to create new and sustainable sources of value for themselves, their teams, their organizations, and their ecosystems?

In this webinar, the editors of Innovation Leadership in Practice share the key insights, as they distil lessons from leaders working in a wide range of international contexts: with Australian airlines, Italian airports, technology, dance schools, universities, Scandinavian mentoring programs, British start-ups, construction and more.

Through the use of conceptual models, empirical case studies, reflections on development interventions, and consulting tools and frameworks, the presenters will touch on the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to initiate and support idea development in changing and challenging environments.

By attending this webinar, participants will

  • Learn about the emergence of an innovation leadership community, which is part of the international ISPIM innovation network.
  • Hear about the development of an underpinning conceptual framework for innovation leadership, including work to develop a competency framework for “innovation leaders.”
  • See a summary of findings from a new, edited book, with insights for innovation leadership from 4 continents, 38 authors, and a wide range of sectors.
