Power of Purpose IV:
Recruit & Retain With Purpose

2022 Virtual Summit
25 April | 10:00 - 13:00 EST

Join C-Suite leaders and leadership scholars to learn how to put purpose to work in your organization.

The Great Resignation of 2021 made one thing clear—it’s never been more important, or more difficult, to recruit and retain talented, values-driven leaders. Organizations are finding that one factor helps them go from status quo to status growPURPOSE

In this half-day summit, part of its regular Power of Purpose Summit Series, the International Leadership Association tackles the questions executives are asking: How can we attract great people to our org? And what will entice them to stay? The answer? Purpose.

Guided by the world’s leading scholars on the topic, along with purpose-driven leaders, attendees will walk away with:

  • Clear insights for aligning purpose and strategy.
  • Tips for integrating purpose into your recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Tools for coaching on purpose, to engage your employees in the work that matters most to them.
  • New metrics for measuring the impact of purpose on your recruitment and retention strategies.

Join us on 25 April for this fast-paced, critically relevant summit.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Share Your Experiences & Grow Your Network

The Power of Purpose IV virtual summit has built in time for participants to discuss purpose in their organization or the research they’re conducting on purpose in organizations.

In addition to an in-depth, guided, breakout session, participants can also participate in informal networking and take advantage of the summit’s virtual networking hub to exchange information and set up 1-1 video chats with other attendees.

Producing an ambitious series like the Power of Purpose (POP) requires strong support from the business community. We need committed partners to help shape the initiative’s ideas and outcomes, as well as to help financially support the series. Sponsorship partners of POP will receive promotional benefits based on their level of contribution. These levels are outlined below. Sponsorship will help connect your firm with other purpose-driven companies, opening doors to potential clients and business partners. Finally, becoming a sponsoring partner of POP publicly signals your organization is committed to purpose-driven work. Your support endorses a business perspective that cares for people as well as profit. Sponsorship makes these events, and the related research, possible. It is an act of generous citizenship to the broader business community.

Zero in on the Impact of Leading with Purpose

Purpose-driven organizations have loyal customers, engaged employees, strong community reputations, and better bottom lines. While the research is clear — purpose matters — it can be difficult to lead without metrics and principles to guide the CEOs, CFOs, and other leaders who must put purpose into action. We plan to remedy this gap.

At Power of Purpose IV, top executives and leading management scholars will gather to develop a model for the measurement of purpose’s impact on traditional business metrics including growth, revenue and profit, engagement, customer satisfaction, and client and employee retention. We will explore the role that specific groups can play in enabling organizations to be purpose-driven, including C-suite executives, boards, private equity investors, supply chain leaders, human resources executives, and more.

Learn How to Put Purpose to Work in Your Organization

When your organization participates in POP, your executives will encounter best-in-class ideas for putting purpose to work in your organization and measuring its results including:

  1. recommendations for measuring the impact of purpose within their sector;
  2. engagement principles or “tips” for effectively advancing purpose within their area; and
  3. compelling case studies that illustrate the power of purpose.

Together, these ideas will shape the way leaders in your organization think and work, driving clear business results.
