Updated ILA Dues Structure - Effective 10 July 2023

ILA’s membership dues structure will be changing effective 10 July 2023. As part of that change, our membership structure will be simplified and dues will be changing (see the charts on this page). Because we were able to support our members by keeping dues at the same level during the height of the pandemic, this is our first dues change in more than five years. 

Please be assured that this decision was not made lightly. We have worked hard to keep our expenses down, but we are unable to absorb rising costs without impacting the high-quality programs and services that you expect and deserve. We appreciate your understanding. 

As you look at the new dues structure, you’ll see that through our tiered individual membership dues, we have maintained our commitment to equity. This is a structure in which people who earn more, pay more. This allows us to realize ILA’s values of Inclusion, Impact, and Innovation; when we bring more people together around the leadership table, our collective impact and ability to innovate increases. When you choose the correct dues level based on your income (whether that comes from a traditional salary, consulting fees, or other income streams), you help us realize ILA’s value of Integrity. 

These past five years, we have grown our opportunities to network with one another through our virtual summits while at the same time increasing the number of resources you have access to with more webinars, more articles, and more podcasts. As a member, you enjoy benefits that can help you advance your career and achieve your professional goals.
