Program Mission: Civic leaders in North Dakota have identified civic leadership skills as an important need. The leadership minor will educate students to be more effective in civic, professional and personal leadership roles and address current and future workforce needs. The purpose of the leadership minor is to develop students’ understanding of and capabilities for leading and working collaboratively in professional and civic settings.
