Program Mission:
Our Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program enables students to develop the advanced skills needed to thrive in any organization. Through the insights, skills, and knowledge they gain, students are able to discern how to move their organizations forward to accomplish significant goals by employing tactics such as:
improving work relationships
increasing personal effectiveness
developing healthy work environments
The MOL program also provides individuals entering or seeking leadership positions the conceptual and analytical skills for making the transition to supervisory roles.
