Program Mission:
This 12-credit-hour certificate is designed for students who wish to enhance their knowledge of leadership and ethics. This certificate program provides an understanding of leadership, its ethical dimensions and the context for its practical settings. SHC undergraduate students may pursue this certificate as a complement to any degree offered by the College. Students seeking this certificate only are classified as non-degree seeking students and must meet non-degree admission requirements. Students must achieve a minimum grade point average of 2,5 in the certificate courses and complete the certificate within four years of declaring the certificate and completing the first course. Transfer credit is not accepted toward this certificate.
