Dr. Mohammed Raei
Mohammed Raei, PhD, is an independent scholar, dissertation coach, developmental editor, executive coach, and leadership consultant. He co-edited Adaptive Leadership in a Global Economy and Leadership at the Spiritual Edge, both published by Routledge. He is a guest co-editor for an upcoming Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion special issue on Love in Leadership and has presented for organizations like PMI, ICF, and the International Leadership Association.
Dr. Stacey Guenther
Dr. Stacey Guenther’s research centers on groups who can enter a states of deep connection. Stacey is a certified leadership coach (PCC) and consultant, an assistant professor for George Mason University’s Organization Development and Knowledge Management masters’ program, and a mindfulness meditation facilitator. Stacey is co-editor and a contributor for Sacred Spaces in the Age of Technology (Springer, forthcoming) and Leadership at the Spiritual Edge (Routledge, 2024). She lives in Asheville, NC.
Dr. Lisa A. Berkley
Dr. Lisa A. Berkley is faculty at UC Santa Cruz, where she founded Crown College’s Resiliency and Well-Being Program and co-founded the Center for Applied Values and Ethics in Advancing Technology. She serves as President of the Institute for Inner Economy and is a former elected Councilmember. With 30+ years in holistic well-being, peace facilitation, and policy, Dr. Berkley holds degrees in Environmental Science, International Policy, and a PhD in Leadership and Change, and has co-authored books on leadership and spirituality.

Jonathan Reams, PhD, (Moderator) practices the cultivation of leadership through awareness based consulting, coaching and action research on leadership development program design and delivery in a variety of settings. He held a position at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2007 until 2024. He served as Editor-in Chief of Integral Review, and is a co-founder and chief creative officer at the Center for Transformative Leadership and of the European Center for Leadership Practice. He brings awareness based leadership development practices to his work, focusing on how the inner workings of human nature can develop leadership capacities for today’s complex challenges. His most recent book is Maturing Leadership: How Adult Development Impacts Leadership.
