Busola Alofe is a Nigerian Senior Business Executive and HR Leader with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and operations across various industries globally. She has led organizational development interventions in strategy, safety, financial optimization, post-merger integration, and more. As the founder of The Bristlecone Experience Ltd. (TBEXL), she is a trusted advisor on business, digital transformation, and talent management strategies, partnering with Board and C-Suite leaders to drive impactful change.

Alice Rwigema

Alice Byano Rwigema is a consultant and executive coach specializing in personal and professional development, and change leadership. She founded AR Management Consultancy, aligning people processes with business outcomes. A certified Franklin Covey facilitator, she empowers individuals and teams through change management and coaching. Alice is also an associate with CDI Group Africa, manages N HILL Star Ltd, and serves on the Global Livingstone Institute’s East Africa Advisory Committee.

Welisane Mokwe Nkeng

Welisane Mokwe Nkeng has a keen interest in gender issues and the plight of the African woman and girl child led her to create the Welisane Foundation which promotes Gender Equality, Girl Child Education, Sexual and Reproduction Health and Rights and Mentorship & Networking. She is also the founder of the International Menstrual Hygiene Coalition.

Dr. Sharon Munyaka

Dr. Sharon Munyaka is an Organisational Psychologist by profession, A firm believer in focusing on what is right with people, Dr Munyaka works at an individual, team and organizational level to transform behaviour in the workplace.

Brian Redmond

Dr. Brian Redmond (Moderator) received his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2011. He is a teaching professor of organizational leadership in the School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State University, where he is also the Online Education Lead for the school. He has worked at Penn State since 2006. He is also currently the vice-chair for the Global Voices project in the Leadership Development Membership Committee for the ILA. Between his academic and consulting roles, he has taught thousands of people about leadership. He has a passion for making sure that everyone feels valued and can have their voice heard as that is his own underpinning philosophy of leadership.
