Martinella Dryburgh, Ph.D. is the Executive Director and Leslie B. Crane Chair of Leadership Studies at the Posey Leadership Institute at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. She explores various ways to include digital media to teach leadership studies, especially freely available podcasts. Her research focuses on experiential learning, civic engagement, and service learning in leadership studies curriculum.
