The increasing rate of work digitization and technology adoption is both creating job displacement and shortening the time required to upskill and reskill employees. As leaders align emerging technologies, worker roles, and job skills with their sustainability intentions, the evolving nature of work imposes a heavy emotional tax on workers who must continuously learn and adapt. Faris Almi, Founder and CEO of ISM, and Christopher Washington, Executive Vice President and Provost at Franklin University, join Maureen to discuss how more enlightened leaders are engaging in a caring and compassionate workforce and workplace transformation practices while meeting the sustainability goals of their organization.
